Hey there, babe! I’m Chrissy. I think that every hair and makeup artists dream is to move to Hollywood to work with the stars. Since my roots are deep here in the mitten, I quickly decided that my “stars” would be a bride (and her crew). To take it 1 step further, I would come to them, creating the “ultimate experience”. So, In 2011, over a cheap bottle of wine and some champagne dreams, I founded what all of you know as Primp Beauty. A concierge service where we come to you. What started as a 1 woman show in my kitchen is now one of metro Detroit’s largest traveling glam squads and each year I strive to make it better than the last.

In my 20+ years in the beauty industry, I’ve rubbed elbows with some of the most talented artists, experienced some things that I’ve only dreamed of, trained with elite celebrities and continue to learn new things year after year. I truly feel like I’ve only scratched the surface and to say that I’m blessed is an understatement.

When I’m not glamming clients or burying myself in work, you’ll find me being a hockey mom, walking the aisles of Home Goods, cooking a delicious meal and enjoying an over the top craft cocktail. If there’s one thing about me that is undeniable, it is my gift of gab. I love to make my friends and clients feel like family and I truly feel that everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves.
